Every summer in each of our countries, Children of the Nations national staff along with US interns and Venture participants host summer camps in each of our countries. These week-long outreach events are often the highlight of the year for our children. Hosted at our ministry centers, activities include arts and crafts, Bible studies, songs/dance, games, skits, discipleship opportunities, and age-appropriate seminars and break-out sessions, making it an event to be remembered! Your gift will provide for one child to attend summer camp.

With so many needs to meet, it can be difficult to decide where your contribution will do the most good. A general donation to Children of the Nations allows us to use those funds where they are most needed, be it building a school, providing medical care, or purchasing food. In poor villages in Africa, often the only way parents can provide for their children is by growing their own food.

Some of the food can be eaten by the family, while some is sold to provide income to meet the children’s needs.

Farm animals like pigs are highly valuable in African villages.

One sow can produce about 20 piglets a year. Within six months, those babies can grow to weigh up to 200 pounds each!

These pigs can supply necessary protein for many growing children, or they can be sold to generate income for a family.
