(MA) Salima Kitchen Repairs

The Salima kitchen at the Children of the Nations (COTN) campus in Njewa, Malawi, has needed updating for quite some time. It is the food preparation center for our staff and Venture guests visiting Malawi.

But right now, this kitchen is lacking several resources and facilities that would allow safer, more efficient preparation of meals. It also lacks the space needed for training culinary students.

• Curtains and window sealing to keep out pests
• Easy-to-clean tiles
• A space for culinary students to train
