We are blessed to continue construction on the secondary school campus of COTN-Uganda. The latrines project was just finished as well as a solar pump for one of the wells on campus. Because both of these projects have just finished, we would like to connect the newly constructed latrines and the existing staff latrines to the solar pump so they will have running water.
At the moment, we are pumping water by hand and filling drums to keep water going in these two bathrooms. But you can imagine how time consuming that is.
It is also much more difficult to keep those facilities clean as water is not readily available. But, if these facilities are connected to the solar pump, both of these problems can be alleviated.
Your generous gift toward this project benefits all the students of COTN's Marani Honors High School, as well as the teaching staff of COTN Nursery and Primary School. It will help us maintain the hygiene of these facilities which in turn keeps our students and staff healthy and safe.
