The COTN clinic in Sierra Leone needs several small improvements to bring it up to date and to help us better serve patients. These improvements include:
1. Bringing electricity to the clinic.
2. Updating one of the existing rooms so it can be used as an observation room for children.
3. Installing long benches for waiting.
4. Repairing and repainting the ceiling.
5. Tiling the floor of the clinic, to ensure durability and ease of cleaning.
6. Installing new cupboards and repainting in the storage room.
7. Setting up standing fans to provide a cooler environment.
8. Renovating and expanding the waiting area to allow for basic screening and use for small group teaching sessions.
9. Adding an incinerator to dispose of medical waste and a compost pit to dispose of sharps.
