It took a year, but they accomplished their goal!

Silverdale, WA – March 22, 2012 – Vegetable seeds from a Puyallup-based company are flourishing in the soil of Africa, thanks to a partnership between Children of the Nations (COTN) and Ed Hume Seeds.  COTN is committed to establishing long-term, sustainable food sources for children in Africa and the Caribbean, as well as teaching the next generation sustainable farming practices and the value of food security.  Ed Hume's seed donations are a significant part of this goal, as quality seeds are difficult and expensive to obtain in much of Africa.
