Uganda Children's Village Phase One Fundraising is Complete!

Children of the Nations recently received full funding for Phase One of our Uganda Children's Village Project! This is an important step as we move forward with raising children who will transform the nation of Uganda.

Currently, our orphaned children in Uganda live in a rental home where room for ministry growth and even day-to-day activities is limited. By building a children’s village, COTN will be creating a permanent ministry center. Also, our residential care program will be able to grow and accept more children in need of care and a place to belong.

Now that funding has been received for Phase One, COTN will begin the process of building seven children’s homes and a classroom block! Our national staff will select a project and construction manager with the goal of beginning construction by March of this year!

When Phase One is complete, COTN will move forward with Phase Two of the Children’s Village—relocating the children into their new home and providing the opportunity for children in the surrounding community to enroll in our Village Partnership Program.
