More Photos from Your Child’s Summer Camp in the Dominican Republic

08/23/16

Thanks to your generous giving, Children of the Nations hosted summer camps for children in the Dominican Republic. We’ve already shared photos from our younger campers. But older students also enjoyed days of Bible teaching, worship, and summer fun!

Students ate nutritious meals at camp, thanks to you!

The camp theme was “Connected to Jesus.” The goal of the camp was to help students connect their lives with the saving power of Jesus Christ, to see how being “plugged in” to Christ would shape their lives.

The camps were led by the spiritual care staff, who organized and managed a wonderful team of other staff members from various departments, volunteers, and local church leaders.

The Bible camp provided breakout sessions for students to learn social and spiritual skills, games and activities, worship, prayer, and more. Medals were awarded to students who performed the best in Bible and sports competitions.

All together, the camps were attended by over 750 children and young adults.

Thank you for sponsoring a child and making these camps possible!
