Sponsor Leah Apio
Biography
Leah comes to our COTN family from the village of Abeli Akalo, where she lives with her mother, six brothers and four sisters. Her family is supported through farming. Their house is made of mud walls with a thatched roof, and they live in very poor conditions. Leah helps her family at home by carrying water, washing dishes, and helping with her siblings. She speaks the traditional language of Luo with her family, but speaks English at school. Through your sponsorship, she has increased opportunities and hope for her future.
