(HA) Vehicle Purchase

Project Country:
Haiti
Visibility :
Hidden

To better serve the children in our care as we move forward with our ministry in Haiti, our in-country staff needs a dependable vehicle. Our staff in Haiti currently relies on a dilapidated van for transportation, and repairs are becoming expensive.

Having a more reliable vehicle will save money in the long term and allow our staff to deliver needed supplies to our children and their families, and to check in and interact regularly with the children in our care.

(HA) Program Costs and Salaries for Education Staff

Project Country:
Haiti
Visibility :

In order to staff the school that partners like you are building in Haiti, we need to provide salaries for an education director and teachers. Paying these employees a reasonable wage ensures that the school attracts well-qualified teachers, and that they are treated with dignity.

Education is a major key in overcoming poverty. By providing for these educators, you are in turn providing a high-quality education for children in Haiti, who will be equipped to become leaders in their communities and their nation.

(MA) School Bus

Project Country:
Malawi
Visibility :

Transportation can be tricky in Africa. Children often must walk long distances to get food, go to school and church, etc. This is taxing and not often efficient.

By providing a school bus in Malawi, you will be helping in-country staff transport children to and from school so they do not have to walk extremely long distances. The bus will also be used by large Venture Teams, giving them a convenient way to travel in a group as they serve children in various communities.

(UG) Guesthouse for Venture Teams

Project Country:
Uganda
Visibility :
Hidden

This project is fully funded. Thank you!

Our guesthouse is currently located about a twenty-minute drive from our Children’s Village and school, making travel difficult for Venture participants and staff, and limiting the amount of time they can spend with the children.

By helping to build a guesthouse for Venture participants near the Children’s Village, you will be making it easier for both staff and Venture participants (including teachers, therapists, and other consultants) to interact with and benefit the children as much as possible.
