COTN’s clinic in the Dominican Republic serves many purposes that benefit not only the local people but also visiting medical teams. But as the need for services grows, the clinic must grow as well.

Our goal is to expand the clinic to better serve the local community and help medical teams operate more efficiently and effectively.  The clinic expansion plan has two phases.

The Goal: Restoring Lives By Rebuilding Homes

At the center of our school grounds in the village of Don Bosco is a basketball court. The hundreds of children who attend COTN's school love playing on the court during recess time and PE classes. But, as the years have passed, the basketball court has become worn out, cracked, and unsafe. 

Your gift will help to resurface the court and install a second basketball hoop, making this a safer and more enjoyable place for the children to play and learn.

Praise God, we have outgrown all of our meeting spaces for assemblies and gatherings at our school. With the increase of children, there just isn’t a place to pull them all together when assemblies are needed, or when Venture Teams come to meet with the children. We are also lacking a place for the school children to eat, and for the older children to take their exams. 

A multipurpose building will meet all of these needs for the children.

By providing two small flat-bed trucks for our Malawi ministry, you will be helping the staff better care for the children in the impoverished communities we serve.

The first truck will be used to help COTN's Village Partnership Program staff deliver resources to the three villages we serve in Malawi, in addition to transporting people as needed.

The Goal: Efficient Transportation
Through the support of generous partners, Children of the Nations is able to care for more than 1,500 children in Malawi. Our ministry reaches children of all ages in many locations. To continue providing these children with the best care, while also using resources wisely, our in-country staff need efficient, reliable vehicles to transport the children between schools, churches, clinics, and other ministry sites.
